We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms or in relation to a reservation where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, government orders, strikes, civil unrest, war or failure of third-party service providers.

14. General Provisions
